מה עדיף ללמוד נהיגת מרוצים לבד או ממומחה בעל שם עולמי?מגיעים להשגים מרשימים יותר.הכל בגבול הטעם הטוב.לא לקפוץ לקורס יקר אלא לברר אלו כלים יוצאים ממנו
גם וגם. המומלץ זה להצמד לכריש נדלן לתקופת חצי שנה
ככה העשיה שלך תיהיה פחותה בכשלונות.
אפילו שרק מהכשלונות צומחים
i have a different opinion:
– real estate investment is a thing that people are doing for years. many years.
– during the last five years few things happened: people realised that the best value for their savings is not to keep the money in the banks.
– internet and facebook brought to life many different groups of people dealing with all kinds of investments, real estate amongst them.
– some people saw an opportunity and started teaching/guiding/mentoring ( call it anyway you want to call it ) in order to help/take advantage of ( chose which one you want ) other people’s incapability of getting over their fears and getting over their inability/no will ( chose which one you want ) to dig out information by themselves.
what im trying to say is this:
real estate investment doesnt require prior knowledge. Today, all the information you need is readily available on line. for free.
people are different and some would gather information by themselves and some will need a guide, in any aspect of their life.
my credo is just to go out there and do it. use on line information as complementary thing. if you feel that the information you get is insufficient, take a course, but there is no reason for theoretical studies UNLESS you aim for a specific niche in the market.
