A calculator for calculating the viability of the transaction, which includes all of the expense and revenue components with a nice report that comes out at the end and can be presented as a business plan for lenders. (Proper disclosure, there is something similar on the Big Phoker website for free or regular 3 users)
Align the power, David, to the system. It looks very comfortable and friendly. I'm just getting started (relative to many others in the forum), so I don't have much familiarity with construction projects and certainly not similar systems, but I have a few ideas that can be added (if they don't already exist)
The alert mechanism (notifications in the application, e-mail, etc.) is on the verge of approaching certain parameters, which can be defined, for example in the budget, schedule, etc.
2. Built-in templates (maybe even with the option to add) for emails that the system will allow to send to various bodies (various professionals involved in the project) and retrieve information from the system (party name, email address, equipment list, etc.) for this purpose. For example: warning letter to the contractor, missing order form, various thank-you letters, etc.
3. Support for other languages such as Spanish, German, Arabic, Chinese (sounds very challenging to me, but can have extraordinary business potential).
