Hello friends!
My name is Ronen, I am a real estate investor abroad from 2012. A new midget י will pay tribute to this amazing forum and real estate…
I purchased 3 homes in Michigan, investment in an apartment in New York, a commercial center in Atlanta and apartments in Bucharest and Barcelona.
Two of the three Michigan homes made a nice increase (on paper according to the different sites), the increase in rents is small relative to the increase in value and so I am considering selling them. (owner financing sounds like an interesting option to me and I'm learning it - I'd love to hear insights and advice on the subject)
The management company offers a plan to protect against damage from leaving a tenant.
Assuming I sell the assets in the next two years, this sounds worthwhile.
I would be happy to hear your opinion on the subject, including tips on preparing an asset for optimal sale.
The following is a summary of the issues covered by the Company:
Covering up to $ 5,000 at a cost of $ 800 per year per asset.
Failure to pay a renewed rental fee if the tenant leaves less than 12 months of actual rental
Examples of topics covered by the program:
Painting the property
Replacement of carpets
Cleaning and garbage removal
Replacement of locks
Shades, Shades for shading
Minor plumbing repairs (not upgrading or upgrading)
Program does not cover:
Replacement of the heating system, upgrading pipes, roof repair, drainage and sewage repairs.

Can you give more details on how much you bought What is the rental and what is the price now? I do not know the program to advise but live in the US and my approach is different, if there is no need for money I enjoy the beautiful return and continue to invest in developing places
Dear Ronan. And Bieber said the flipper from Real Estate's call, which is satisfied with his investors' subjects, will ensure a year with high yields and no hurricanes. By your description, you are already the giant in GNU and not a gnome. ??? Fun for you here!
