My personal acquaintance with Guy Nizri

The text above was presented in order to present a personal angle of those who know the characters and not say God forbid to dictate a way or decide on a specific action.

Have a lot of success ??

    Regarding your questions:
How to study this niche in depth:
There are some online courses that I would highly recommend to anyone starting out. What you are looking for is Virtual Wholesaling and not a standard Wholesaling. And virtual because you work from Israel, so your whole system is very different.
Search Google Sean Terry, Cris Chico, Joe McCall, Rob Swanson, Alex Joungblood. You can start with everyone.
These are pretty basic courses but will still give you an idea and may help you with the first step.

Finding professional language deals is called Lead Generation. It's a whole world and very difficult to explain in response and even in writing. However, some of the ways are:
    Google Ads
    Facebook Ads
    Direct Mail
    Ringless Voicemail
    Cold calls
It all depends on your budget.
Everything works, everything is good, but the secret is to persevere, to try and see what exactly works or not.
And like 90% of the domains and it doesn't matter if it's a wholesale or a rental or a flip, the one who succeeds is the one who perseveres even after "failures" (and I like to call them lessons 🙂)
For finding buyers, this too has a lot of options and it is also a whole world… But by and large you can build a website and attract buyers from there (do not worry it takes less than half an hour)
You can do a single direct mail campaign for buyers, and you can find them in local real estate groups on Biggerpockets Facebook.
Beyond that, it ultimately boils down to networking.
Your network is worth your net.
Big time once you have a good deal you will find buyers. Enough to start calling some realtors.

Sorry I answer in a relatively not very deep way, but it's really a huge and amazing field and I personally took two years to crack it after tens of thousands of dollars of trial and error and quite a few disappointments 🙂
I am personally in love with this field and think in my humble opinion that it is currently the most fun field in real estate and highly recommend.
Will you start from where I told you and allow yourself to embark on a magical journey?
