I've been living in California for 15 years.
The California real estate industry has the same experts who not only have been lecturing to changing real estate audiences for 15 years, but a large portion of them are barely changing their minds - as if things around are not changing. Not everyone is like that but there are quite a few names that I have been seeing for many years with the same content.
