I would love to tell you about me and my burden in the world of real estate. Since I don't officially teach real estate, but I received a request from him that I couldn't refuse, I am preparing a lecture for you with a number of foundational concepts in the world of small multifamily - a world I was exposed to about a year ago after dealing mainly with singles and there is no doubt that singles is a good foundation but I encountered many concepts New and different methods of analysis that I learned while doing, partly by working with Omri Ben Ya who will also talk about the subject from his side as an entrepreneur and management company.
