Another problem that arose was that all of the llc were opened in Florida even though some of the properties were purchased in other states and did not register.
By the way, when I first discovered that these guys are listed as managers in llc and in the account itself I warned that this was a very bad situation. They had full access to the clients' money and accounts without people being aware of it.
In practice at the moment, or we opened an alternative bank account to customers, but some of them told me that, apart from "intimidation" from the bank, nothing had happened right now. In any case you can always open an alternative bank account in the worst case
Not me .. but I know people who do .. the same Jonathan who went there and opened accounts ended his job at the company .. and they started closing the accounts because it requires tremendous operation and also reporting matters ..
