  1. Insanely expensive. Come with all due respect to Amazon (and there is respect…) this should not be a major investment consideration. Need more employment diversity. In my opinion the price is embodied long ago and inflated in levels on a one-room apartment. What also for this type of property is insane hoa expenses. I intend to invest in a single home in an area that grows a variety where the "American dream" means tenants of a family that can pay a high salary. In this apartment if a repair is needed it will cost just like a home repair so it definitely matters how much you put in from it in a month. When there is a repair there is no difference in its cost whether it is rented at 800 or at 1500 the repair will cost what it will cost but the investor will have more pain יותר
    By the way I really like Amazon but it is not everything in the US
