I think one of the important tips I can give to all real estate investors (the truth is that it is true in any field) wherever they are is to learn to study and learn. Always in my lectures I had the usual joke that I do have 18 years of study, including 4 that year. But today my insights are different: no matter how old you are, no matter how many properties you have, no matter how much you think you always know, someone will know more. There is not a day when I do not learn from YouTube videos, mentors or go to workshops occasionally to enrich knowledge. The biggest sin is those who think they know everything. Tomorrow there's a conference of flippers in Manhattan. Who joins me?

Thanks for the tip, totally agree! Do you know a recommended seminar here in the US? Mainly in Multifamily?
