Dealing with pressures and changes in the real estate world

What's going on an expensive group? So this week I'm getting into the big shoes of "Entrepreneurs of the Week," thanking Lior on stage. So in a few words about me and us, I am a co-owner of SafetyTint, having been operating for the past eight years in Orlando, Florida as a real estate agency for local and distant investors. This week I will start with a post slightly different from my regular content, the topic is dealing with pressures and changes…

  1. Great posts!
I know most people make a first trip to set up a team and meet people, but as I explore a new area for investment I start from the field. I recommend starting this weekend as there is a lot of way to house and just see as many houses as possible. When you see the houses you can quickly learn the differences between the houses and what makes one house more expensive than the other. If it is not possible to make a house then make an appointment with a realtor to see you as much as possible. I think a team is built on deeds and not talk. Once you buy one property, the team simply builds that the professionals will want you as customers.
A meeting with a wholesaler or houses they offer is also highly recommended because these are usually homes that need a lot of renovation and then you can see the difference and understand what it entails.

  2. I personally think that meetings are nice but the most significant thing is the terrain, strolling through the streets where you have the assets or potential property, enter every house that is being renovated in the area and ask questions, create your contacts there. There you can find contractors (and you already see their work), investors (who may have more assets), realtors (who sell and sell the area), and you will get the neighborhood vibe.
