I would be happy to know what the laws are in terms of securities for offering a public deal
Hello friends. I would be happy to know what the laws are in terms of securities for offering a public deal. Let's say an entrepreneur I work with wants to offer a deal and bring in 10 investors. What is permitted to publish and what is forbidden to publish. Are there any limitations? Is there a limited number of people that I can send it to? Is it permissible to publish this on the Internet?

They are like the initial call center and therefore are not subject to the offerees' law.
I.e. they express leads after initial filtering…
And take 8-10%

Broadly speaking, this is an offer to the public when shares are sold without a prospectus, a definition of an offer is a person who has received an offer of how many shares he receives for a certain amount za'a as soon as the investor knows according to what value you are raising, he is an offer.
Regarding a qualified investor, you are welcome to read the criteria on the website of the Securities Authority.
In general, there are proposals coordinators that you can raise through their platform without fear, it's not cheap, but if it's an entrepreneurial deal with enough meat it is better to have a quiet head

If you are an American, the law with an emphasis on enforcement is much more rigid.
There are all sorts of levels of what is allowed and what is not allowed to advertise. Recommend you as the others to consult with the attorney before posting any. Successfully

There are investors who can be defined as eligible investors and then are not counted in the 35 count and then there is a possibility to raise unnecessary. But it is better to consult a securities lawyer, on a case-by-case basis.

Yes there is…
At the same time..you are not exactly Israeli and you are conducted from there..so the question of the relevance of the law to you is in question…
And in general not to offer to more than 35 people..and there are different levels of information according to which an offer is defined…
And most importantly… .Consult a lawyer
