Our story - Nir and Alexa Sheinbin

We were always looking to do things our way, and maybe we never liked to do things like everyone else

We met "Kibbutz" - an American Jewish enterprise designed to bring together young Israeli people in California. Nir owns a distribution company, and Alexa runs a construction company

The end of the 20's, after we both gave up on the big trip, and the last decade was mostly centered around work. We live in Los Angeles, with a half-million-dollar house, a 6-figure annual salary, a mortgage, and a non-Satanic pressure threshold

Nir started a new business. He advises American businesses on sales and fund raising. It has been several months since he was forced to leave the company he founded and managed at 6 in recent years. Awake from morning until late at night, endless calls

Alexa works from morning to evening, traveling for hours every day on the road. She's independent, selling, managing, but not really her own boss, making more money than she dreamed, but it's not exactly that ... And then February arrives, she comes to an end, the body needs a break

Learning to cope, a transition period of life and working from home, taking care of dogs, which makes us feel good and a little good in the pocket

Summer is coming, and we are going to Israel for a period of two months, we are getting married

And finally they manage to take some freedom. We left everything in Los Angeles, our house leased, and without notice We earn $ 3,000 a month after mortgage expenses

Without doing anything

We realized that we needed to recalculate the route, why not find such assets anymore? If we made $ 3,000, why not do more? We returned to the US, and after a few months' market review, countless consultations, one long trip pink, we arrived in Texas

We diligently studied the various areas, saw hundreds of properties, toured various conferences and events, and developed relationships that we knew would be an essential component of our success.

We purchased the first, second home, and the rest is already history…
