Since I'm an oddball who always thinks differently from the norm, I think once you know which broker to work with then you can arrive at a different equation such as the broker will receive a standard commission plus a bonus on the condition that he sells more than what was agreed upon or within a limited time. A person who does not consider time as money needs to change his attitude. But again this is my personal opinion
