Supervision of several projects at the same time - One of the biggest challenges in the field of real estate is supervision.

Today we use several elements that help us monitor multiple projects simultaneously.

2. Project Manager.
Yes, I've written about it before. We employ a full-time supervisor whose job is to go through all the projects, track the quality of the work, construction materials, check the staffs who work at home, work, come to the house and wait for the electricity company.

3. what app. Yes!
Every contractor we work with downloads Watsap and makes sure to report to us twice a week on his behalf.
He sends us a summary of the work done and images.
The subject is registered in the contract we make against him.

4. Inspector.
In very large clips we use an inverter that comes after each stage to monitor and check whether the work was performed properly.
