Continues to shed light on the design of houses for fliers as a tool of acquaintance.
In fact, it is a tool on the threshold of hypnotic as the result is an enthusiastic client whose heart is captured from the mirror of the house.
Today I wanted to focus on the house I designed according to the profiling method
To the best of my knowledge I have invented my feverish mind and how it can help when designing for fliers
When I met Rachel, my amazing client who had just bought a house in Jerusalem in the infamous Holyland Towers, I told her just like a gypsy fortune teller over a cup of coffee:
"I see you in gold."
She immediately agreed to the profiling
She nodded with sweeping enthusiasm and almost fainted with happiness.
And we covered the house that was before it as repulsive as in an illustrative painting, in a delicate gold patch.
I was able to make monkeys with this design genre and cover all the towers.
This is the taste of more or less the majority of the population that lives there and to which they seem to crave.
I believe that every fish has its own exclusive bait and Israel is very clear to me:
I can sit for less than five minutes with a person and in most cases I will know exactly what genre of design will do it for him.
From there, of course, I push toward a bolder and bolder design than the customer can imagine.
I hope that when I arrive in time (depending on my health), I will be able to quickly decipher the taste of the Americans in the environment I am focused on
I'm not talking about generic superficial taste, but to enter the deep layer of desire.
It's clear to me that when you come to an amazing house the purchase process becomes a must have from a nice to have situation.
