  1. I have one property there that I bought three years ago. The house value is 3 times what I bought. On the other hand, the tenants did not enjoy me much. One left after a year and a half and one left after a year and a half. The house will go on sale soon

  2. An area that has experienced a very high price increase in the last year and a half but still has potential but less for an immediate flip. The area is experiencing strong gentrification and there are areas that are already pleasant to live in and those that are not yet. In a long-term view, in my opinion, almost every place within the perimeter will change upon returning to the city... the neighborhood I live in, East Lake, is a good example of change in Intown

  3. I live in the Atlanta suburbs. Decatur is located within the perimeter (surrounded by Route 285). This whole area is considered relatively old but has great potential because there is not much space. I have a friend from work whose sister lives there. He said there are good areas and bad bans. Most of the people who live there send their children to private schools, which means that the schools in the area are not good. But not everyone can afford a private school.
