Very nice friends !!
We are Chaya and Adele who own the company C&A
Nowadays it is known as entrepreneurs that every veteran real estate shark wants deals from him and wonders how it comes to us.
Originally from Bnei Brak and Jerusalem and now living in Lakewood New Jersey
Girls 27,28 We are both married to lovely husbands and lovely white mothers + 2 / + 3.
We are definitely a weird chicken in the real estate market both in terms of being women in the seemingly male real estate entrepreneurship market
Both in terms of being a partnership of women and ultra-Orthodox who are completely exceptional.
That we stand out in the realm of their understanding — now
We will tell a little about ourselves and how we came to this world of real estate investing in general
So let's start with the fact that we are both married to husbands with American citizenship (Israeli in blood;) so we always had the desire to try to check what the American "dream" is and each in her own way a year or two after the wedding moved to America for the "Golden Age";)
Haya moved to the US 7 years ago. She always wanted to enter the world of investments and to enter the field and with a lot of willpower and perseverance she issued a brokerage license and sold luxury homes in an area called Tomas River in New Jersey.
I Adel 8 years ago I first worked in education and got into real estate following the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" that made me really want to get out of the rat race with all my might

The sting that brought us to dizzying success-
First of all, thank you for the warm and "empathetic" reactions

And we decided to try it and let him renovate the properties we got at a bargain price and so of course first he asked for a down payment and then for every drop of work more and more payments
