  2. I would not argue about such petty sums. Overall also for the landlord it is better that the tenant is of course satisfied in the reasonable range and the tenant does not take it to extremes. A tenant who is not satisfied at the end of the contract will look for another apartment unless it is in Tel Aviv where there are also tiny warehouses that have been converted into apartments and the tenant does not have many options.
