What professionals do you have on your permanent staff?

Attorney, CPA, real estate agent, main contractor / contractors - of course, but who else?

For example:
Field Project Manager - Is It Always The Local Partner? Or hire a professional manager?

Design - do you hire an interior designer to plan the renovation and choose the materials? Or is it a service you receive from the main contractor?

Marketing - Is the real estate agent responsible for the staging and professional photography of the property after renovation? Or do you hire a company that specializes in this? (If an agent - is this an additional service? Or part of the percentage he receives on the deal?
