Every real estate addict knows the feeling - come on the spot for a trip and turn the trip into a real estate tour to understand the local real estate market - which of these has happened to you?
Pictured is a downtown New Orleans apartment - blown up with tourists almost all year long - a huge apartment - 1500 Squares rented for short periods - the owner sells it together with a customer book that is fully booked a year ahead - a asking price of $ 680.
Not that I'm going to invest here but it's just interesting to learn new markets. what do you think?

I stop every trip near real estate offices looking at prices… see developing areas… looking online for prices of things I physically see with a sign for sale..sometimes also go into a house mode if there is..fun?
Dead on it. Makes each trip much more interesting.
Real estate can be a history lesson sometimes ☺️
What is the market price of homes in the area?
