Consultation. A fence needs a thorough repair due to the obsolescence of the property material from 2006. Do you need to repair it at $ 680 or a total replacement at $ 1100? I will note that this year this specific property is producing lots of fixes… Attached are photos sent to me by the management company. I have attached 3 correspondence to the opinion.

The rear portion of the fence is old, deteriorating and needs repair.
The cost to repair the fence is $ 680. This will include:
install 11 metal post
repair 10 wood fence panels
replace 6 broken pickets ***

2nd vendor recommends is that we replace (if there is significant rotting) the 50ft of fence instead of repairing the wood panels and using 6 metal posts. His price is $ 1200.
3rd vendor agrees with replacing instead of repairing and will do the same for $ 1100.

Based on the feedback from 2 vendors repairing the fence would only be a temporary fix considering the age of the fence as well as the amount of deterioration, the probability of replacement in the near future is high.

If you replace everything including the post pages - then come on - replace everything - it's a great price
Moon Leon I spoke to the company again, it's just the back of the fence and not the whole. Also fix this fine probably we will go for a repair and try to lower the supplier for the price

You answered yourself it seems to me… Be big with little money and replace the fence.
