Yesterday I received a request from HGTV to film a HOUSEHUNTERS episode at a house we sell in Philadelphia. Has anyone gone through this experience? What to watch out for? They chose based on the pictures.

Cool! Update photos or LIVE from the field while they are shooting!
Stunning. Sounds like an experience?
We also had such a request but we did not agree. Do photos there, put photo equipment, etc. We weren't willing to take the risk (it's true that they have insurance) but any small pips of wall vulnerability or something similar are worth a delay in the sale. That's my opinion.
What a light - tell when it will air
My girlfriend did it… They filmed a flip they did, they had a very fun experience
