Hi, an operational question - how do you manage the phone calls and text messages with the professionals in the US?

I work through Skype if an American number (for unlimited calls) but the most efficient and fastest way to communicate is SMS (given the fact that Americans do not have a watch) and sending SMS from Skype costs money (there is no plan in Skype for minimum payment and sending unlimited SMS).

I would love to understand how you work and what media platform you keep in touch with in the United States.
Emphasize does anyone have a cheap solution to the issue of texting (which of course will be connected to my American number)?
