A little long… ..but last post were patient.
WALK THE WALK
Or in my longer form:
After the landslide in the capital market following the 2007 mortgage crisis in the US, many people have taken a serious hit in their stock portfolio.
Those who had pensions were appalled at how their pensions were eroded at once.
Those who were just about to retire lost a few years of life when they saw their fund go down in value.
All of this trauma in addition to the decline in interest rates in the world and the world has attracted many people to real estate investing which has been an opportunity for many.
Asset prices have fallen, loans have been cheaper and people have seen investment in real assets as something to focus on. All this transition due to the trauma and uncertainty of the capital market has caused a great deal of capital flow to real estate both domestically and abroad - primarily to the US.
As the number of investors increased, so did the number of storytellers and marketers, people began to tell stories about their successes, everyone who bought property during the 2009-2014 period felt that he was the minimum Warren Buffet hit the market year after year, people began to feel they had a touch of gold.
As the stories of success multiplied, more and more people wanted to take part in it, and when many people wanted to take part in investments and were thirsty for knowledge and information, pops started after mushrooms, courses, colleges, mentors, real estate coworkers.
That's how it is - where there are many fish…. There are also a lot of sharks.
In one of the articles I came across, it says that in Israel the investment course industry is estimated at about NIS 4-5 billion a year.
Schools and colleges have been opened, people have been telling stories and a new economy is starting to develop, the essence of which is the passing of the apparent knowledge. Aggressive marketing, commercials, impressive videos and instructive presentations, and more, just come to learn the secret to wealth.
Just like the gold rush in California 100 years ago, only this time gold is real estate.
Financial education is one of your most important investments -
Many want to do real estate but don't know where to start, what to look for, how to leverage, what logic and what different strategies?
And the fears…. The fears are great, not all of them are built to jump into the water and make an investment on their own, so courses are a great solution for them.
but…. And there is a big one here…. How the hell do you choose the right course❓
The greater the variety, the harder it is to choose, one telling about flips he has made, another telling about improvement deals, others selling stories about not having to spend one dollar / shekel and more and more…. Everything is true, but some of the stories are real❓
TALKING IS FOR LOSERS WALKING IS FOR DOERS
How will you identify the right and right place for you to reach your destination? Everyone says they are good and they are successful.
But there's only one way to see if a story is real or not - References.
It is important: A fascinating and beautiful story is just a story, until proven otherwise, if you want to be an important real estate investor who teaches you some things in his life in the field.
Most storytellers and marketers will never place references on the transactions they've made, because they simply don't have anyone who doesn't have them.
Or they just didn't do what they say they did.
Not for nothing - in some of the posts I posted this week on this stage, which I gave examples of deals, I worried To give real authority For example, contract scans (covering names except for mine), tax authority reports, and more. I decided I didn't want to be a storyteller, but I wanted to be it That makes them.
The best advice I can give to those who are interested in mentoring, or studying real estate investing, is:
Friends, this is your investment in yourself, don't be embarrassed to ask for proofs of the practical stories you have been told, the one who will give you proofs without any stuttering - is the person you should learn from.
What do I do besides real estate investment?❓
==========================
Blog: I write and run the blog by name Real Estate Guru.
On the blog, I make sure to share real cases that I am exposed to on the ground, I read many studies on various topics and link them to real estate investment fears and fears and I try to make people approach the investment and money approach. Most importantly, I share my life story with investments.
Counseling and Escort: Many people are often in dilemmas, they want to invest in real estate but don't know how and where? Or sometimes they are at a crossroads between some assets. For them as many options as possible, the choice of where to go is theirs.
Animation Series: I recently started producing an animated series on investment and money - the purpose of this series is to make the most basic, simple, focused and brief principles available to understand the principles of money and investment. I originally started producing the series because I wanted to make it accessible to my kids and friends in the US, but I realized that it can be much broader and also help people who want to start from the simplest to understand the ideas and not pay money. The name of the YouTube series is Game of Thrones.
Investor training process: It is a practical process that I have built on my experience and is for people who do not want to study real estate - but want to do real estate. The process is focused on the actions and the process of making a person an investor. That's why it's designed for those who see themselves as motivated and motivated and are successful in character - I'm just polishing those diamonds.
Most important to me, cultivating partners: Just like real estate so do people, I invest long term, I don't sell anything, sell nothing, but rather give and share value (blog / videos / opinion pieces I publish in the press). My goal is to make big real estate deals …. Actually huge in the future, for that purpose I want partners on the road, not just partners in money. The way to do this is to start nurturing these future partners, through the transfer of experience and knowledge, to make people successful and profitable. Once they earn, they will want to be partners and earn big time together.
At this point I want to express my gratitude, To Lior Lustig and Nirit Goldman, The opportunity to share your worldview with you as a real estate investor.
And of course, thank you for the paragon, questions and concerns you raised.
