First Meeting - Why Entrepreneurship and Why Real Estate? - The reason makes the difference
First meeting will address "why" and talk about the level of perseverance and approach needed for success:

First, we will get to know the trainees more deeply -
who are you?
What do you do besides real estate?
What brought you to the show?
What are your goals and how long do you spend reaching them?
Which area works?
What deal are you looking for?
Repeat goals
Defining concrete goals such as "hiking" or "boat" or whatever and using the goals as "bust" and as a motivator when needed - putting pictures in front of your eyes and memorizing difficult days.
We will also discuss the benefits of real estate as an investment path to strengthen and root out the decision, again as an act of motivation.

Second meeting - attitude and perseverance - the keys to success
The meeting will deal with the mindset needed to become a business owner and real estate entrepreneur coordinating expectations about the time it takes to become an entrepreneur:
Finding deals
Closing management until realization of profits.
Approach - Dealing with the word “no” with her will meet you a lot and dealing with failure!
The need to stay positive and believe in yourself!
Work Approach - Develop knowledge in various aspects of the business in order to open options and mitigate faults.

Third Meeting - Communication, Marketing and Sales as Key Work Tools
The most important tools in the developer toolbox:
Ability to communicate with sellers, buying and renting investors, contractors.

What is the basis for success in the field (identifying need and satisfying solution)
How to present (all nicely packed)
I'm closing a deal
And tools in interpersonal communication (tone of voice, rhythm, etc.).
The need for training

Fourth meeting - Search and find deals - the bottom line determines
Talk about the importance of being able to find deals independently, how to do them and what volume of activity is needed to get results.
Bringing a transaction to the table as a key to creating irreplaceable value for the entrepreneur.
Wholesalers as a Second Transaction Source
Market Transactions - Identify market transactions below their true value

Fifth Session - Education - The Growth and Development Tool
The meeting will deal with the topic of formal and informal education in real estate

The importance of education as a work tool - ideas and tools to close deals
Benefits of formal education - representational and connections
Informal education: books, podcasts, videos, webinars, mentoring. A lot of information is available and usually free

Sixth Meeting - Transaction Analysis - The numbers that make a deal
At this meeting, Tal will go over deals that the trainees found as part of their mentoring tasks

The trainees will send the transactions in advance, and Tal will select one or two deals as an example.

Seventh Meeting - Negotiation - Creating Value and Closing Transactions
The meeting will deal with negotiations as a tool for closing deals

Negotiating the other side shoes
Creating added value as a way to close deals
"No" as a tool

Eighth Meeting - The Endless Game - The approach to building a long-term business
The meeting will deal with business expansion and development approach to building a business that will run for a long time.

There are no winners and losers in business, only active and inactive players!
The goal is to play and get better
Examining our actions in a broad prism - what actions we do that help or impair our ability to stay in the game.
