If everything is under one LLC and you have tax refunds of two years back, I think there are lenders who will give it to you.

I have a question of love… You say you have no citizenship and you do not have residency, I mean visa, (tourist visa) and you want to invest in a place that maybe today you have a visa and maybe tomorrow they will cancel your visa and who knows why (not lacking reasons) and then what… .
