Here are the answers from the Civil Engineer !!
We need 24 parking spaces (+ parking for a delivery truck we will get a marking in front of the building because the road is a neighborhood and quiet interior otherwise we would have had to allocate space for a delivery truck… You know all the shipments of Amazon)
We may be able to get a discount (varinace relief) but it is advisable to save the relief for other things if possible… ..especially in Proquit which is a weird chicken in the area !! The less you clash with the committee the more you go towards the green and the neighborhood.
For example the front of the building I prefer a green and beautiful garden than parked cars
An entrepreneur must know how to make decisions! Should I buy the neighbor's lot for more parking? And by doing so not having to park in front of the building
Will the municipality approve relief across the back inner road. By doing so we will not have to demolish the covered parking (the receipt for it is higher)
