Highly recommend PACE MORBY and his Facebook group with an emphasis on his 16 hour live where he explains the subject and financial creativity in great detail
There are emphases that are important to pay attention to in transactions of this type - insurance, statements to the seller, full transparency, Due on sale clause, and more.
My leads are wholesale sales (does that too) that are not suitable for wholesale because of the mortgage ratio and capital that the homeowners have so I convert them to SUB2
