Property abroad and insolvency in Israel.
Unfortunately following the corona I had to start bankruptcy proceedings.
I have a property in the US that I have never withdrawn money from the US to here, nor do I have a US bank account.
Is there insolvency / solicitor access to the aforementioned property? I tried to ask a number of lawyers and no one gave an unequivocal answer.
Has anyone encountered this / heard of it?
