I was very happy to see the reactions to the last post of the amazing Leah, because I have a thought that has been wanting me lately and I would be very happy to know that there are more people who can be a power group that will be happy to do things for the community..
My scratch, even before I got into real estate, is to make sure the money works in all directions - and I always buy gifts from social businesses. In all the children's committees, I made sure that we buy from such businesses, because if you are already buying a gift - then beyond giving to the recipient of the gift, it is good that the money is also donated to those who really need it . Even my mother-in-law has gotten used to it (-:
I was involved in such startups, I tried to join a charming venture related to a field that for various reasons unfortunately failed to rise, and today I am in real estate investing when the social side is mainly - think and do good to tenants and investors because I truly believe that everyone must create, In another body that decides on you, in retirement ..
Recently I got to talk to a company that has an association and I realized how difficult the situation of associations and social business is at the moment.
It is very difficult during this period to raise donations, it is very difficult to raise people to increase their monthly expenditure. And that's completely clear. Sad that way but clear.
Then I dropped the token in another way I can combine real estate with social action - just take this financial tool of real estate investing and add a line of expenses meant to contribute to the community. Even if it's only ten.
For social associations - this ensures a regular income
For investors who want to donate - there is no difficulty in increasing household expenses but it is about getting a profit and knowing that some donated on their behalf to the association (eg .: instead of getting 10% get 9% or instead get 14% get 13% .. Depending on project of course but there is enough real estate Allow to carry another donation line)
And even that is not really tithing because you get 35% back through taxes..
The more such projects there are -> the profit to the investor will increase and the contribution will increase. Speaking of mutual guarantee, that is in my opinion the essence of it.
I get a lot of opinions here and there, hearing about entrepreneurs who are afraid to do it because they are afraid that investors will not want to go for such a project.
I believe that not everything is money, and being on the giving side is a mitzvah.

I would be very happy to take my project and put such a line of expenses, and commit to give from the profits of the project (of course it only depends on profits - 10% of the profit of all parties, and registered associations that allow it to actually be 10% they get but in total it is 6.5%.).
I sincerely hope that the world of investments in general and the world of real estate investments will go as far as possible in favor of big goals and incorporate a contribution, not only a contribution from private individuals but as part of the doing.
