Last year gave a lot of people a spoiled lemon from which it is impossible to make much… Artists, hall owners, restaurants and more and more… Many people just got a spoiled lemon this year.
I believe that all the members of the group here fully understand this important point and understand the great importance of saving and investing.
Today I would like to discuss the advantages and disadvantages / risks of each investment.
That's right, the internet is full of different and weird offers for real estate investments, all over the world people have come out of the caves and now live in houses… There are good investments and there are very risky investments !!
It is true, there is a severe punishment for those who market a property without revealing to the investor material details about the deal, but it is also incumbent on the investor himself to find out and understand the deal to the end - and as I always say, 100% in life May go wrong, we must always be aware of all these extreme scenarios.
