Obligation to make a tenant.
Hello everyone.
I wanted to ask ..
After I have sold my property, do I have any obligation to be a buyer?
That is, if suddenly something broke down, the roof flew, the electricity burned the house, and so on.
Does he have any reason to sue me for my company? (And win)
If he brought inspection before - does it matter?
Can he claim it was done maliciously and with my knowledge? (And I tried to hide it at the sale)
In Israel there is a matter of "good faith" and "duty of disclosure", (although the contract states that the sale of the house is AS-IS) but how does it work in the US? Are there differences between countries?
