One of the most important things in real estate entrepreneurship is to open your head all the time, get to know new places and meet interesting people.

I arrived in the United States two weeks ago. A few days before I boarded my flight from Israel to Florida (where my real estate activities are concentrated), I got a call from Major General Gad Regensburg who invited me to get a closer look at the special things he does around Brown University in Rhode Island.

Since this time I flew through New York and not directly to Miami, all I had to do was say yes, postpone the ticket back to the country for 24 hours and close a hotel in Queens, 3 minutes from Gad's house.

After spending almost 14 consecutive hours together today (a piece of travel), we talked a lot about real estate in general (we both dug and did not shut up for a second) and ate well (listen, the guy knows some good restaurants) - I return to Israel with lots of insights and new and fascinating things That I learned and discovered.

I admit that the cold of the northern United States is something I have a hard time getting used to (not about the weather of my beloved Florida), but I do not rule out anything in advance and make some interesting things grow here later.
Days (and transactions) will say…
