What insurance should be taken out for the property?
Am I both the owner of the apartment and the buyer obliged to take out insurance?
What kind of insurance, Brentle do rental insurance but here the tenant is the buyer and not the tenant.
And how can I assure myself that he will actually pay for the insurance and renew it or is it better to back it up monthly and take care of it myself?
