Sees here full of people writing nonsense. In general, it seems today that anyone who has read an investment plan has suddenly become an investor. The bigger wonder is that reward people think they can send money and hope the money becomes more money… lol I wish
I'm here to tell everyone in Brish Galey, if you intend to profit from a real estate investment that requires a process of renovation or construction… .. Drums please, you also need to understand renovations and construction ???????? I know it sounds delusional and unbelievable, but it is
Reality.
The option B that will cost you more time, money and human experience is to find a real professional contractor, with a functioning company that works mainly with investors and executes projects similar to yours profitably, make sure that that contractor is a reliable person, who can be trusted and only then can you really put the responsibility on the contractor .
Is it easy to find such contractors? Definately not.
Are these contractors very specific about the investors they are willing to work with? And how it is.
Do these contractors cost much more than the Mexican contractor without insurance and a host of other documents that are necessary to carry out projects in a kosher manner? Something like 2 times.
Does it take time to develop a "live and forget" relationship with a contractor? Hell yeah.
Is it possible to lose an entire project because of a small mistake of unprofessionalism? Keep browsing the group and discover for yourself….
Good luck to everyone.
PS I work for a contractor who carries out projects for investors in the Houston Texas area, anyone who is relevant to him is welcome to contact me.
