Hey friends,
Need advice: I have a bank account in my name in Chase, suddenly, after a year and a half the bank decided that he no longer accepts the check deposits from my management company that appear under the name of the LLC, they demand that I open a business account, but they do not allow I have to open it remotely, only at the branch. What to do?

Welcome and in the meantime the management company will change the checkers to your first name
Chase are known for the unusual way let's they suddenly block accounts
Just go through a bank
Bank of America
You do not have to go to a branch to open a business account
I have and I opened it online
Personally I was in Chase and left not for that reason but you are not the first I hear with such a case
Check with the management company if they are willing to send the checks in your first name.
The facts are simple in the US, you must go to the branch. Any shortcut, or use of a machete, can complicate you. Whoever offers you account opening services, contact the bank and try to find out if they work with it, or recognize it. If the account is suspected of illegal activity, it can easily roll over for an FBI investigation. We have already seen enough people get involved.
