Avi Krainer - Introduction - Post 1

# Initiated week Avi Krainer

# Post 1 - Familiarity

My name is Avi Kreiner, I live in Ness Ziona, I am married to dear Michal and the father of three amazing children.

I am an electronics engineer with a master's degree in business administration.

I am a full time employee, VP of Product Management at a high-tech company and together with cannon partners Amit London (who is also an employee, civil engineer) we have been building a portfolio of income-producing properties in Ohio for about a year and a half and the hand is out…

Obviously, as employees, the only time we have left to "work" on real estate is in the evening, so instead of watching the news and series in the evening when I'm home, I talk to realtors, property managers, wholesalers, contractors and more in the US to locate properties below price Market, renovate them, put in a tenant and celebrate every time again!

For those of you who will ask if I am not tired in the evening when I come home from demanding work and do not feel like just sitting on the couch, then this is not it. Real estate gives me a lot of passion and energy and I must say that I enjoy (almost) every moment.

My main hobby is spirituality studies and personal development and I define myself as 50% wind and 50% material - feet on the ground and head in the clouds… ???? I am a graduate of 2 ten-day Vipassana courses in India (and if I had the time I would do more…), Buddhism studies, Kabbalah and 4 years of daily studies for those who know. I spend a lot of time listening to books (audio), podcasts and lectures, some in the field of personal development and the spirit, and some, of course…. In real estate.

I die (actually live) on courses, workshops, lectures and the like, because there I feel I am evolving and when I am evolving I am alive.

For me this is a significant first post on Facebook EVER and I want to thank the forum and especially Nirit who did not give up on me when I tried to dodge various pretexts. So I'm a little (a lot) excited and hope you enjoy and derive from the story about my path and my insights and stick with my passion for the field as I have stuck with others in the past…

I will share knowledge about the path I went through, insights from the path and גם.

So how did it all start?

In 2009 I read (like everyone else) the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and decided to invest in real estate. I was interested in buying an apartment for investment in Arizona from FORCLOSURE from the mother of a company that is a realtor in Arizona, and I hesitated and hesitated and in the end of course I did not buy. 8 years have passed, children family career… I did not have time to invest in real estate and I did not do anything about it. What do you think happened in those eight years? Of course, nothing.

I worked at work… I worked raising children… I was tired. I slept. I complained that life is boring.

Then in 2017 I woke up.

Thanks to the recommendation of a good friend, I did the workshops of the winning code, the money code and the team process of Alon Ulman - Alon Ulman (for those who know) and there I was sown in the consciousness of the seed of economic freedom. The course had a recommended book list, but who has time to read. Work, family… Then Ullmann said a sentence that changed my life: "People with high standards get up early and do sports." I said to myself, I am a person of high standards. And I started getting up at five in the morning 3 times a week and running. And on the run I started reading (hearing) books. Wow, suddenly 40 minutes of listening to books, lectures and podcasts opened up for me in the morning (the paradigm that I have no time!) Was broken. Two birds with one stone - sports and books! And another 40 minutes of round trip to work. From a tired and bored person I came back to life (I already told you that I am dead (alive) for courses, books and workshops… ????).

The most important book I heard was "Important and Rich". This is the "Bible" of the science of enrichment, written in 1937 by Napoleon Hill and still more relevant than ever. This book describes the thirteen steps to achieving wealth. but what? I was stuck in the first stage - the burning desire. Without you having a burning desire for something, you will not be able to move on to the next stages of planning and execution.

I had no burning desire for anything and had no idea how and where to begin the journey towards economic freedom.

Continue to next post…

In the photo - a 10 km race I participated in.
