Renovations for Flip and Property Improvement:

the question :

What should you renovate to get a higher price on a property sale?

When getting into a renovation project for a flip for example, many are debating the issue of what to renovate to get a higher price on the property, i.e. where to put the money to get a higher return. Do you need to renovate your bedroom? Or make a more beautiful garden.

In the United States, there are two important organizations that are worth getting to know when dealing with flips. A realtor organization that is the umbrella organization of all American brokers, must be members of it if they want to engage in real estate, including me. And the second most important organization is NARI (Nari for short) which is the super organization of renovators. Anyone involved in flipping or remodeling must know Nari who is a very important source of information.

These two reputable organizations have been engaged in research which has dealt with the question of what is worth investing in to get a higher price or what is actually interesting to buyers.

In terms of interior renovation buyers want a new and updated kitchen, not enough to replace doors or a sink but to actually make the kitchen modern and beautiful with a spacious island and new appliances. In the second place, make an upgrade to an existing kitchen. As you can see the kitchen interest is critical from my experience customers love their kitchens, and love them modern and new.

In terms of exterior renovation many think the garden is important. Well, the roof, is the winner of all and treatment of it will bring buyers, whereas a roof containing green and fragments will keep buyers away. I must say that every time I see a new property the first thing I look at is the roof. Its quality, if it is treated and its age. Expenditure on the roof is the largest and can be critical in renovation.
