Post 4- How (really) to succeed in doing?

Hi, hope you signed and everyone is fine with you!
So what really motivates you to succeed?
What would you say are your most hidden real reasons why you do what you do?

Some will be converted because they want to experience a sense of success, many may be converted to "economic freedom", but I ask - what is really behind it?

Do you understand? In my perception, everything has root causes.
In my view - when the root cause is strong and steadfast there is nothing to stop us, in my parable "the world will be turned upside down I will defeat it". On the other hand - when the root cause is shaky or just not really talking to us it is very very easy to stop, give up and retire.

Why is it like this?
Highly recommend watching this video (or continuing to the next paragraph ????):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-89IO5M7Lc

And for those interested in the full amazing lecture:
https://www.ted.com/talks/simon_sinek_how_great_leaders_inspire_action

At the tip of the fork - Simon Sink talks about what really motivates us, and what really motivates us, what makes us connect to ideas, what makes us connect to emotions and what really draws us to the product / people / doing, etc. These are values.
In the end (can watch the example he brings about Apple), every good commercial we ever consumed, every movie we really liked and every book we could not put down until we finished it - took us on a journey that left us fascinated and in love because we were emotionally connected to them, and especially because the messages Speak to values that we advocate and believe in, or on the other hand that have hurt and opposed them.

Some would argue that the second type is much more appealing to us even - imagine for a moment the most fascinating film / book you have ever experienced, try to recall the process of building the plot, you will usually see that there is a certain protagonist you connected to its values and identity, a complication. D. who still remember) that is, something that hurt or contradicted the values we were so attached to and the character that represents them, record (direct confrontation between opposing values) and victory / catharsis (the values we believe in where to be the rulers of the plot and there is victory).
All of these convey us, through our values an emotional roller coaster.

A moment of self-observation, what more speaks to you?
- "I want to be rich" or "I want to be rich to be financially free to spend time with my loved ones because it makes me happy and happy"?
"I want to lose / gain weight" or "I want to lose / gain weight because I want to look good, because I want to have greater self-confidence because I want to find a relationship because I want to start a family because it will make me calm and happy."
"I want to quit smoking" or "I want to quit smoking because I want to be healthier because I want my kids to learn from me and be healthier and have a better life than mine?"

Great digging hero, what do I care?
A nice question, we talked about the fact that motivation (emotion) comes and goes but self-discipline always depends on us (logic), and that I prefer to transfer the motivation to be a by-product of doing when the source is self-discipline.
So why talk about emotions?
Because out of emotions and values self-discipline can be produced. ????

Self-discipline is still the product of making a decision that stems from some motivation.
Self-discipline is self-love that stems from a person's desire and commitment to be more successful in some area (and this will always affect the rest of his life, trust me), it will give the first kick, the first day we stick to a new habit, the time we are all given the task Until we feel that we have delivered (from the language of Delivery) the output we have set for ourselves.

So what do I do with this assault?

Several possible ways to find your true lemma:

Dear Orit Gaia Moore Method-
"If you were to receive $ 10 billion, you and everyone close to you would be organized and financially free, but to get the money you must give one billion, to someone, to some organization, to an individual, to some purpose, why it and who would it be? Why there and not somewhere else? '
Reaching the value at the end that will be promoted because of your contribution to it will probably be the gateway to understanding your true "why."

Start from the top, for the reason that seems to us on the surface to be the real reason, and go deeper
In many studies it is a question of asking 7 times "why?"
My personal example - "I want to be rich" Why? "Because I want money not to worry" Why? "Because I want instead of working that I can spend time on things that are really important to me" Why? "Because I want to be able to help people be the best version of themselves" Why? "Because it will bring me supreme happiness and a sense of satisfaction" etc ????

Understand that many of our 'real' reasons (what we tell ourselves at least) are for external / social satisfaction ("social desire" in professional parlance)
A completely natural mechanism that has helped us survive for many, many years
Think of a toddler who gets positive satisfaction when a mother tells him "good boy" about eating his vegetables
The toddler depends on the mother to survive
If he does not meet his satisfaction then he will not survive
When we get the positive feedback our brain learns that it is something worthwhile and it makes us (hormonally) addicted to it - addicted to supply external factors

Over time, many people continue on this path even after childhood-
Go to the army where the parents say it's good
Going to study at a university where the parents want the profession that the parents are aiming for
Dress / act / work as the company dictates to us to feel accepted and belong

Ask ourselves-
Is the reason we think it is our driving force really something that comes from us? Is it really something that comes from our most sincere and genuine place?
Are we working for a cause that is truly for us? For something we truly believe in?
If all the answers are 'yes' - congratulations, you have a solid foundation to start investing in yourself!
If not - it's time to maybe think ????

So you found your true 'why'?

It's time to produce a vision, at least 5 years ahead, for the advanced among us - 100 years ahead (yes this is not a mistake)

From the vision to cut (small!) Tasks back
Make sure you regularly connect to your true vision and 'why' (I suggest at least a minute in the morning before starting the day)
Make refreshments from time to time (it happens to me once every 3 months on a regular basis but on a spontaneous daily basis almost all the time) for your real 'why' reasons

Ask yourself - "Am I committing myself to achieve this goal?"

Start investing in yourself

Set a dead line to begin with
There are those who are suitable for tomorrow morning and there are those who want the time to digest - each at his own pace but not to dodge! Set a specific day, mark on the calendar, put a reminder on the phone or whatever will work for you! "One day / tomorrow / next week" are other words for "never"
There will always be reasons why not and there will never be a perfect, simple time
Begin!

Remember - self-discipline == self-love == "The ability to do what needs to be done, when needed, whether we like it or not"
to do
Repeat

+ Raise your standards, because you can! ????

Remember (thanks to the one and only Natalie Yerushalmi) -
"Anything you believe you can do, or you can not do, you are right"
(Henry Ford)

Go mow this life, because with the right 'why' reasons, there's nothing you can not do.

I would love if there are some who would like to share - what are your real reasons? (Absolutely not mandatory, but anyone who shares knows that he will give others the courage to do the process themselves, which is invaluable!)

Have a fire day! 😀

Dealing with pressures and changes in the real estate world

What's going on an expensive group? So this week I'm getting into the big shoes of "Entrepreneurs of the Week," thanking Lior on stage. So in a few words about me and us, I am a co-owner of SafetyTint, having been operating for the past eight years in Orlando, Florida as a real estate agency for local and distant investors. This week I will start with a post slightly different from my regular content, the topic is dealing with pressures and changes…
