It's now or never!
# Entrepreneur of the Week Alon Niv # Post 2
So I pay for a real estate course in the US and my expense and debt column for myself in the real estate world continues to grow.
A strong boost of practice and some more courage juice I get in the course make me rewarded to call an American broker and give him a speech in English about me being a serious investor and wanting him to start running for me from place to place and then also try to figure out what he is answering.
Then again and again .. and again and again and again.
Later I met a large community of investors and realized that with a little knowledge sharing of everyone it is possible to reach a large database.
More conversations and more conversations and suddenly it happened .. I realized I was enjoying it!
Obviously I will enjoy achieving the goal and increasing the income but I manage to enjoy the road?
Not something I was used to until that moment.
Is this the thing I was looking for somewhere more than 10 years ago?
Could it fit in with the same old goal of not working in an office?

A few more months pass in which the body is attracted to work and the head is attracted to look for homes.
This year's summary conversation with the direct manager at work arrives and to sum up all the nonsense the words "you do not have enough passion for work" are thrown into the air.
What, see about me?

And suddenly everything in my head starts to work out.
Admittedly I'm the type who usually asks the hard and sucky questions about any idea that sounds good but could it be that this time all the pieces of the puzzle work out?
Are we going to leave everything and take ourselves to do real estate off the ground?
Consult my wife again, disassemble the pieces of the puzzle again, reassemble them and the puzzle is written in very clear letters- It's now or never!
Walking around the house that will soon no longer be mine with a swollen chest and full of pride in myself about the decision, looking around and sailing - what am I going to do with all this equipment ??
So in our head we have already overcome everything - we will change country, language, family, friends, kindergarten for a child, work for me, work for my wife, but wait ..
