"Our human relations and our fears."
This week's entrepreneur Meir Tessa
# Post 2
Hi .. From an early age I probably already have some insights on life and I do not renew anything to you, when I say that life is not a garden of roses with pink unicorns flying in the air and splashing dollars in all directions… so should act quickly and preferably with thinking outside the box and long term.
So by and large my strength is in relationships with people and connections between them, when my best connection is my perfect puzzle after all it is my wife Meirav.
A super-cannon that swears to you that if you approach quietly and stand next to her you will hear the wheels in her head always moving and thinking endlessly, so there is a fair division of roles.
I do the mangling and the field performance and she's of course the prolific mind that conceives most of the plans .. (hey at least I admit it's not about female power)
So this is my most important feature… human relations .. a significant factor in any field. What's more it comes to me quite naturally and so I meet and am exposed to new people with different ways of thinking and seeing and completely different angles from one to another, and from each I learn something and effort and make up the motto that suits me and my personality and acts accordingly.
Hence my daily tip: tying ties and relationships is a very significant tier in the field of real estate and in life in general…
And here is the place to tell about our entry into the real estate world,
Despite the fear, doubts and doubts that attacked me at first .. and it turns out that even at a relatively late age it is possible and necessary to make lemonade from lemon…
My wife and I are graduates of Project X and have been involved in real estate for a number of years and in retrospect we understand that we are entrepreneurs at heart, because over a few years ago when we lived in New York (14 years) we bought a crazy 200k SF house at the time.
We lived in the house for about four years and then put it up for sale at 400k…
This is in addition to the number of houses we bought in the country that we renovated, recycled and sold before we knew all the blown up names of Phillip, Ripee Dwarf, Brrrr etc .. so in fact the trait of the developer is build in with us plus the information acquired over the years ..
Conclusion: After acquiring knowledge from a number of sources, start applying it on the move and simply jump into the water, of course in an informed manner with all the required consequences... and always but always take the initiative and dare. ?m&m
