Partnerships and as much as possible…
One of the most important things we learned and internalized in our real estate course project at the time was changing the mindset and empowerment and belief in as many partnerships as possible that leverage you into endless insights.
If you liken it to something metaphorical for illustration then it's like a hallway with lots of doors, and every door that opens reveals something new to you and leads you to another door and more leads.
# Tip 1 Sharing and sharing the name of the game
Sharing and collaboration are absolutely the most significant factors that give immediate value.
Sharing - When I refer to the word sharing I mean it in the broadest sense of the word.
I think sharing as many people as possible in the learning process, successes, failures, information, and professional experience in general can result in significant growth and development in each and every one of us.
That's why I'm never afraid to share and reveal cards because I know the other side
Will get a lot of value.
And as I mentioned at the beginning if you simulate something metaphorical then this time it's like a revolving door, you give value and get value back to you.
Partnerships and as much as possible…
There are many good businesses that work alone so called
One Man Show
And the truth is that it's a very challenging place to be.
In real estate and in general partnerships for me is like a team game, everyone brings their strengths to win the game.
It opens up endless opportunities and possibilities and can leverage projects in an amazing way.
Take for example our contemporary partnership we created in Michigan with our local partner (BOOTS ON THE GROUND) @ David Halevy a charming and professional guy who gives us tremendous added value with all his knowledge and local field people.
Everyone brings their strengths into the business, and so we create a brainstorm that brings us to creativity and further insights.
In addition we create additional partnerships with entrepreneurs from the field who bring their benefits and strengths, so we contribute to each other and leverage projects collaboratively.
And so sharing and partnership leads us time and time again to new acquaintances, and consequently to changes made with the maturity and insights of age like: jobs, new housing, and a different society.
And if you wrinkle it into our story, then the start was in Milwaukee a few months, followed by in Michigan where we formed a nice, professional team and with its help we did a stunning flip that with the help of mindset and intuition gave us good taste for the sequel.
How important it is to always turn your head in different directions, and believe me apart from growing strawberries in the desert, I have already tried many things and always try to think and attack any idea from several directions, with all the attendant consequences. Like a stone you throw into the water and make circles in all directions.
# Tip 2 Intuition Intuition
A little story from our flip:
When we found the property we knew right away that we had a good deal.
Just what… After we did all the tests as we know with field people and local realtors one of the partners who was supposed to enter into a deal with us decided that an appraiser should be brought in to get a more accurate assessment…. We are flowing because it is part of a partnership and we brought in an appraiser who will evaluate the property .. ummmaha… ..the nice guy took down all the air for us with a very low value of the property…. Just what, he forgot that he has a business with guys who often go with their intuition as well (a little modesty will not hurt us)
But to keep us calm we applied a little trick we learned
We posted an ad on the carlist that a property will soon be for sale on… St. with all its data and the price we aim to sell after renovation.
All this to check the responses and responsiveness, and see what a wonder he is "kidnapped" within a few hours, several times.
This was our real indication and in fact our official seal that we had a good deal that would leave us a nice bottom line profit, which by the way yielded us a nice return in the end of 23%.
In conclusion:
Sharing and partnerships for the most part are this fine. Do not be afraid to reveal cards and share with colleagues, always remember when you give value you get more.
Sometimes business needs to incorporate intuition as well, rely on your senses in addition to the dry facts.
