# Entrepreneur of the Week Rotem Aknin Ackman # Post 1
"I'm going for three months and coming back!"
This is what I told my parents in July of 2013, and everything else is history… ..
Very pleasant I am Rotem, 39 years old from Charlotte North Carolina.
Married to Travis, mother of Noam and Emery and two other teenagers from my husband's first marriage,
And I'm a real estate agent and realtor in North / South Carolina.
In the coming week of course I'll tell you a little about Charlotte and her stunning surroundings,
But I chose to focus more on "how to jump into the water" I will tell you how I do it as a relatively new mediator,
When every day I learn and apply something new (after all, isn't it every day that your water pipe bursts the night before closing on a property?)
So an act that was like this was… I came to the US in 2013 in a no-brainer mid-life crisis (age 30 yes!) I had to clear my head, recalculate a track, from academic studies to a career from everything! And so I found myself on a plane alone on the way to Atlanta, I very quickly realized that Atlanta was less for me, and from there I continued to Nashville Tennessee.
In the year I lived in Nashville I did what almost every Israeli who decides to come and stay does… Some carts a little holocaust on all the glam that this implies, there was no country I did not visit and work in.
And after a year,
I even opened strollers myself in Connecticut (in a small one like this for Christmas)
But the universe has its own plans, and at that time I met my husband and found myself returning to Tennessee (who is interested in the story of the acquaintance who is also psychic in private?)
From there it all happened very quickly, beyond California, my eldest son Noam was born, and after two and a half years there I told Travis either they were going back to the beloved and familiar south or I was coming home!
This is not my American dream!
We decided on Charlotte, North Carolina and here's the amazing journey
Really just started, the universe is definitely accurate!
So jump in the water with me… They are warm.
