The real estate tree

# Post 3
For years my wife has been telling me when to stop messing with Fitzfax and start selling products with great profit margins…
Well then you're already guessed that I'm not some nuclear scientist but a completely popular guy with no child traits of buying and selling trade is the name of the game.
There are those who will give it the exploding name of a businessman… We have almost always been independent both in New York and in the country as importers, so the field of commerce is no stranger to us and this is what brought us to the great maturity of dipping our feet and entering the real estate world.
Everything has to be accurate and on time! So my wife says and this time too she was right, we have reached the required maturity.
# Tip 1
Do not fall into the trap of comparison to others!
We are in a wide community of entrepreneurs,
Some are more experienced, some less so and some are just starting the journey.
We read posts here about lucrative and exploding deals, the successes of entrepreneurs and the grass of the ever-greener neighbor.
As entrepreneurs sometimes our pace is different from others and then questions begin to arise that can block us, not promote us and even erase all our achievement.
To me comparison is not bad at all if it helps us focus and accept
Inspiration. (And on this occasion I want to thank all the guns who have given and inspired me)
Remember there is no competition here, there is success here and success is solely in comparison to ourselves!
Everything has to be accurate and on time!
Before we got to maturity I thought to Tommy that real estate is something very boring and fixed of knocking on doors and looking for properties. (Very narrow vision)
Ummmaha… I was very surprised to find that real estate is like a tree with branches in all directions, buying, selling, renovating, refinancing, new construction and more…
Everyone connects to a niche they love.
# Tip 2
Choosing an industry - Try to become experts in one industry.
Real estate as I mentioned it is like a tree with branches.
I think it's worth focusing on one industry and being the best you can be and then moving on to another industry.
When I choose a branch I prefer not to invent the wheel and learn from those who have done it before me, get the rod from them, learn the system and everything in motion!
* Choose a branch
* Make a decision and commit
* Take a mentor and you will learn the system.
Always remember even the cannons started from something small!
We personally in addition to the industry we have in Michigan that deals with improvements and rentals with our local and professional partner, we chose another industry, "New Construction"
Once we made a decision and in order to become experts, we took an escort and asked to get a hook from one of the best who did it before us our mentor Natalie Yerushalmi in addition we listened to podcasts, collected every possible piece of information and traveled for a month exploring the market by daily meetings with field people.
Only after we felt we were ready did we purchase some land for new construction
SPEC HOUSE
Entering a new industry challenging excitement at its peak and adrenaline working overtime in anticipation of multiple doing.
In conclusion:
Progress at your own pace, no competition has inspiration
Choose an industry, learn and be the best at it and most importantly trust yourself!
