Hi all hope you have more patience for me ..
So today is light for funding
As you have already understood, the field of finance is actually the most stunning and exciting field I have recently discovered.
As I mentioned in previous posts I did real estate through hard work building concrete electricity and more and more, after my father left I realized that my hands actually shake every time I touch the concrete and I have a lot of knowledge I gained in my adult life and the field of finance is a hidden field that fills and leads our lives .
Every day that has passed since I started digging and connecting to the field I am amazed and hurt even more that this nice and creative field is both smart and challenging.
So here I will roar and shout that we must but must examine to learn and be educated in the field of finance because it is huge and if once it was hidden and found only in the hands of a few then today in the power of the corona funding in a process of huge opening to the whole world and everyone demands….
What is financing?
- Playing with money
- Creative abilities to create have a mainer
- Can progress without using personal money (yes it's real this is not a recommendation)
- There is a huge surplus in the world and in the market itself
- In order to use the money that exists in others, one must provide collateral or connect to creative bodies
- Forget about the banks, they are not relevant today and in the future they are unbearably difficult regulatory bodies.
- All the financing I am talking about is from approved bodies and not a gray, black or other market…
Which of you saw the movie about McDonald's ??
In two very important lines I understood the genius behind the McDonald's corporation (that the entrepreneur went to apply for a loan from the bank they did not approve him but opposite he was in tremendous growth and all USA started getting to know him… he was approached by a (Jewish) accountant The test he told him that all his strategy is wrong ,,, and he should make the corporation a real estate and not a burger corporation ”… That way the bank will give him abundant loans he will become the owner of the property the franchisee will be in the corporation's house and not the other way around
Then with money and assets who is the landlord….
So think financing, think as the financiers and money owners think and not as we were taught to think, think creative and new… ..
And know ,,,, there is a solution to every problem even if you think there is not
And even if it costs money but creates a solution for you, go for it…
