As I promised I will try to give some of the knowledge I have gained in the real estate field
First and foremost for all beginners in this way of life take a mentor or professional who will help lead and guide you until you reach independence.

I for example found that I do not like to work hard I like meetings. Brainstorming, and doing new things together. So I found a home in Project X with a large and thriving community that could always do something with someone else and moved on to buying homes in the US for rent flips buying malls and more.
What I also found out about real estate is that it is a very large field and you can always reinvent yourself but in the end the operations are routine

I started with homes for rent in homes with low cost (up to 50K) and yields in the sky from 15-27% I discovered that the tenants are terrible and they are not interested in anything and after three years and rising market prices today I am busy selling them and looking for homes over 100K with lower yield but with more tenants Are good and then the rental is longer lasting and better.

Trying to sell today at 45K
Purchase at 50K
5K renovation
Sale at 70K Uner Pines for ten years
$ 900 monthly fee without my costs
At the end of the process I will get 125K
And there is much more but I am concerned with reduction and concentration…
I did some flips but the truth is that where I work I succeeded and a good flow and then I got stuck with problematic contractors who promised a lot and in the end also stole me
So I literally got my foot off the gas in this area.

You may not fully understand who I am but real estate is a part of my life so I am not ready for it to take my life.
And if it's hard for me to trust then I stop taking time to find the right people again and get into it in a way that flows and suits me and not because everyone does and certainly not by force
Money exists everywhere and in the whole world, so it is always possible to reinvent ourselves and find new and challenging sources of funding.
So from time to time I buy a house but in comfort and a good life routine neither under pressure nor achievement nor obligation, about a year and a half ago I entered the field of financing because all real estate is financing and investments and I discovered a world that 99% of people do not know at all.
And I tell you there are methods and funding that I am angry at how opaque, stupid and cowardly we are and how much our eyes and doors have been closed
