Interview with Entrepreneur of the Week - Boris Kaplan - Real Estate Investments in the United States

Very pleasant, Boris Kaplan, 32, lives in Herzliya, married to Little and the father of 11-month-old Itai.

All my childhood my parents and grandparents told me that the most important thing is to study, do a degree in engineering (preferably at the Technion), a master's degree, go to the reserve, serve in 8200, gain experience and then I will have bread on the table (sounds like a lot of work for bread ).

I did this whole route and at the age of 29 my wife (amazing) Little and I, living in Holon, I work as a high-tech analyst, Little worked as an employee in an architectural firm, living a total life and trying to reduce expenses to save as much as possible every month so we can buy an apartment in the center .

After a few months in this situation, I realized that it would take us about 5 years of intensive savings (assuming no children are brought in at this time) to buy a 4-room apartment in the center with a 75% mortgage.
