How To Save On Your Next Visit To Florida

So we're getting ready for a round of projects that will cover all of Florida and set off this coming Sunday - from Miami in the south to Palm Coast and Jacksonville in the north - while in Orlando and our construction areas in West Florida - all the demand areas for South Florida cost of living refugees.

So first of all tickets from New York can also be found at $ 60 and $ 80.

The truth is I have never looked for tickets in this price range because most of the time these are companies like Sprint which is like a flying bus but it can definitely fit the budget of a lot of people.

I really like Delta - going out on time, safe and clean modern planes, agreeing to watch movies and news and getting peanuts and drinks - all in all a short flight from New York so you do not need much more than that.

We have the Delta business credit card so all business expenses go out on the card and every year we get a 1 + 1 benefit so flying four people costs like two.

We closed a flight for $ 144 per ticket thanks to this benefit.

As mentioned there is cheaper with low cost companies departing from Long Island but as mentioned I am less attached to these companies and prefer to pay a bit more for convenience. The difference for me is relatively negligible, and what's more about every flight in Delta we accumulate points for the next flight, points that are also accumulated with each purchase so many of the flights go free - and as mentioned a flight to examine our projects and collaborations is of course a business expense. Real Estate Business - If you are paying tax at the end of the year you probably did something wrong and look for a tax advisor who understands real estate investing and not just trying to finish the annual report for you and move on.

As for a car, since we are looking for a car for almost 3 weeks and want a large and spacious car, I saw that a sample flight to Palm Beach Airport - PBI - can lower the cost of the car by 50 percent - just an area with less pressure and demand from Miami Airport - it is about an hour , Not bad - to save 50 percent.

In terms of promotions I like the Kayak and Hotwire site - many times there are executive promotions on these sites, for example last week when we were in Nashville and we were six people, we found a $ 80 per day executive deal for a Mini Van instead of $ 160 - not bad.

Regarding trip planning - I opened a datasheet and I coordinate the meetings with each factor as I leave myself a two-day mistake space between destination and destination and of course build the trip logically and circularly so we can go around all areas without traveling unnecessary trips back and forth.

As for hotels - I will usually book the first night and maybe the second and just flow from there. The first few days we're in Miami so it's definitely worth booking in advance, but in less touristy areas the advantage in the US is that there are so many connectors that you can just towards the end of each day log into the hotels or Airbnb app and choose a place according to the dynamic location you arrived that day.

By pre-booking we are a bit fixed with schedules and difficult near flexible, on the other hand we have already found that during stressful tourist periods it is possible to get to a certain place and there is simply nothing reasonable even an hour away - so spontaneity does not always work.

We have a full meeting diary until the end of May and the meetings are in the morning so we have to finish each day at the hotel with a work station to go up for meetings - we have a team working in the background on investment loans and technology but still most initial consultations are with me That every day 4-5 meetings in the morning will be at the hotel and the rest of the day will be for meetings with developers, contractors, etc.

We travel with the kids and stay a few days at Disney and stay with the Independence Day community in Miami and Orlando and Lag B'Omer in Orlando so these dates are set in our diary and we of course also try to be flexible with the schedules of each of our business partners or contractors. The attachment to this subject so that there will be no missteps.

So right now it's 3 at night and I'm closing the trip - another tip is that unlike Israel there are last minute deals - here it's upside down - you waited a bit - flight prices go up at any given moment according to the bookings - I saw for example that I booked two tickets for a particular flight. The price at that moment jumped - all automatic algorithms for calculating price according to the number of bookings, place to open days from the destination, etc. - Also another advantage in Delta is recordings to change flights - I changed our flight several times due to changing plans - Thursday we are in a show on A performance by Keren Peles who came to New York and all sorts of other things that were not in my diary and for example the change of airport from Miami to Palp Beach - in the Delta everything is easy and simple - if the price is more expensive - add, cheaper get credit for the next flight.

And for me the biggest advantage is combining the business with quality time with the family and teaching the children from a young age a proper economy and real estate investments - we try to involve them as much as possible to learn how to invest from a young age - anyone who likes the agenda of a rich father. These trips I believe contribute to them much more than a few more lessons in school that they will complete after they return.

So everything is already coordinated, there is a flight, travel plan and some of the hotels that have already been booked and the pleasure of choosing a car remains - in the pictures some options - what do you recommend?

Luxury - Chrysler 300 or similar - If you are going to drive for three weeks why not indulge, on the other hand I always prefer a big and tall car but maybe we will go out of my way

Convertible - Ford Mustang or similar - we took one on one of our visits to Florida - there is no doubt that the sunroof is an experience but on a long trip the comfort is impaired with the overcrowding in the luggage compartment to put in and take out luggage and also children have no room

Midsize Van - Still two kids. We took one on a trip to the west coast while in the Corona it was a pleasure - lots of space for luggage and children - a little more expensive price but maybe worth it

Midsize SUV - probably it enjoy all the worlds - price size comfort

So these were some tips for a mixed investment trip in recreation and meetings with the community in Florida

Hope I helped - Happy Independence Day 🙂
