Wonderful week!
The truth is that I've been wanting to write to the entrepreneur this week for over a year and for some reason it didn't work out, so here's the right time for it.
So I'm very excited and I thought a lot about what I should write and what I want to write
And what's simpler than starting a self-presentation?

The truth is that the initial thought was to invest in real estate in Israel, since this is what I knew because I did real estate here in Israel, if it was an apartment that I improved in Rishon Lezion that yielded me a very nice passive income, through warehouses that I turned into housing units to apartments that I got to manage for the family, but I quickly realized that there would be It is very difficult for me to turn this into a business and build a career out of it that will replace high-tech.
During the time and search, I came across the concept of "passive income" and like many others, I was fascinated by the possibilities of continuing to make money even without physical work.
Only that ideas are separate and reality is separate
And I quickly realized that passive income,
They are not passive at all and must continue to be managed.
But what, did I understand?
that I am not ready for my income to be based on the equation time = money,
I mean I have to create such a system that works for me,
Even if I don't get to the office from nine to six (or rather in my case many times until eight past nine - still high-tech...)
So the combination of that with my love of real estate
led me very quickly to real estate investments in the USA.
After several investments I made with investor lenders,
I joined Project X,
I did the program and after several years I also joined the team of mentors
To accompany real estate entrepreneurs at the beginning of their journey.
Today together with my champion partner Idan Shakdi,
We establish investment groups for profitable transactions and exit transactions, of houses for rent and new construction
We work primarily in Florida and Ohio and are happy to create each and every deal.
