Hello everyone, how are you?
I would like to start by thanking the forum moderators who gave me the stage to share my story and brief experience with all of you. I'm still a bit shocked by the class because my experience currently amounts to a year and a half, and I'm proud to be one of the most experienced and great entrepreneurs in the field who writes here every week. I hope you enjoy this week's posts and that I can add value - without a doubt a difficult task.

My name is Karin Pobolotsky-Ravitchev, 36 years old from Ashdod, married to Loldi and mother to May and June (yes like the months). I am an entrepreneur, real estate investor and chemist by training.
how it all began?
In one word - Corona!
March 15, 2020 The world has stopped reigning. The uncertainty was immense. We have 2 small children. rent. Nursery. Food. Lots of quarrels and yet lots of quiet. Knowing that our lives and those of our children depend on another person's situation was terrible for me. So I decided to take control of my hands. I became interested in income alternatives and came to real estate from a post-reading.
May 2020 I took the Real Estate course
September 2020, my husband was released to the IDF. Todam !! For me it was this moment from "Friends" (the best comedy series in the world.
